These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the WP SEO Report WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”) and this website, both provided by XENRON (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using the Plugin, you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

When you buy a licence, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Plugin on the number of sites permitted by your chosen tier (Freelancer, Agency or Unlimited). The Plugin’s code is released under the GPL-2.0-or-later licence; these terms govern the commercial licence, support and updates you purchase from us.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Plugin to generate SEO and content reports for your own and your clients’ WordPress websites.
You may white-label the exported reports with your own branding.
You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense our commercial licence keys, or misrepresent the Plugin as your own product.

3. Updates & support

An active licence includes plugin updates and support for its term. When a licence lapses, the Plugin keeps working, but you will no longer receive updates or priority support until you renew.

4. Payment & renewal

Licences are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Prices are listed on our website and may change; changes do not affect the term you have already paid for. Applicable taxes may be added.

5. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee, described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Plugin can integrate with third-party services such as SEO plugins and, optionally, AI providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Plugin is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reports will meet every specific requirement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XENRON will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a licence that breaches these terms. On termination for breach, you must stop using the Plugin.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
