This Privacy Policy explains how XENRON (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with our website and the WP SEO Report WordPress plugin (the “Plugin”), a tool for automated SEO reporting.

2. Information we collect
- Purchase & account data: when you buy a licence, our payment provider collects your name, email and billing details. We receive a record of the transaction and your licence, but not your full card number.
- Support data: any information you send us by email or support request.
- Website usage: standard, aggregated analytics such as pages visited and browser type, used to improve the site.
3. Data handled by the Plugin on your site
The Plugin runs on your own WordPress installation. It records a compact history of content and SEO changes into a table in your database. That data stays on your server, we do not receive or store it.
If you enable the optional AI summary feature, the Plugin sends only a short, structured list of change labels (for example, “Meta title updated”) to the configured AI provider (OpenAI). Your full page content is never transmitted. This feature is off unless you turn it on and supply your own API key.
4. How we use information
- To deliver, license and support the Plugin.
- To send transactional messages such as receipts, licence keys and important updates.

5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor and email provider, and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data.
