1. The 14-day guarantee

If you are not happy with the Plugin for any reason within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund you in full. You do not need to justify your decision, no forms, no hoops, and no “why are you leaving?” survey.

2. How to request a refund

Simply email help@xenrion.com from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of purchase, and ask for a refund. Include your order number if you have it to speed things up.

3. When you’ll be refunded

We process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.

4. After the refund

Once refunded, your commercial licence is cancelled: you will no longer receive plugin updates or support, and you agree to stop using the paid version on your sites.

5. Renewals

The 14-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. Renewal payments are not covered by the guarantee, but you can cancel future renewals at any time before they are billed by emailing us.

6. Digital product note

Because the Plugin is a downloadable digital product, there is nothing to physically return. The guarantee above replaces any physical “return” process.
